【摘要】:ThispartofISO10931specifiesthecharacteristicsoffittingsmadefrompoly(vinylidenefluoride)(PVDF)forindustrialapplicationswhichincludetheconveyanceofwaterandchemicalsinliquidandgaseousform.ItalsospecifiestheparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhispartofISO10931.ItisapplicabletoPVDFfittingsintendedforthecon-veyanceoffluidsunderpressureattemperaturesupto150℃.However,forapplicationsabove120℃,whichdependonthecrystallinemeltingpointofthePVDFmaterial,theadviceofthesuppliersofthefittingsshouldbesought.ThispartofISO10931isapplicabletofittingsforthefollowingtypesofjoints:—buttfusion;—socketfusion;—mechanical.Itisapplicabletofittingsmanufacturedbymouldingand/orbymachining,orbyjointingsegmentsofpipes.NOTE—ForinformationabouttheresistanceofPVDFmaterialstochemicals,seeISO/TR10358.
