【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60079specifiestheparticularrequirementsforconstruction,testandmarkingforelectricalequipmentthatprovidesequipmentprotectionlevel(EPL)Ga.Thiselectricalequipment,withintheoperationalparametersspecifiedbythemanufacturer,ensuresaveryhighlevelofprotectionthatincludesrarefaultsrelatedtotheequipmentortwofaultsoccurringindependentlyofeachother.NOTE1Amalfunctionmayresultfromafailureofthecomponentpartsoftheelectricalequipmentorfromanticipatedexternallyappliedinfluences.Twoindependentmalfunctionswhichmayoccurmorefrequentlyandwhich,separately,wouldnotcreateanignitionhazardbutwhich,incombination,couldcreateapotentialignitionhazard,shouldberegardedasoccurringtogethertoformararefault.NOTE2Thiselectricalequipmentisintendedforuseinzone0hazardousareas,inwhichexplosivegasatmospherescausedbymixturesofairandgases,vapoursormistsundernormalatmosphericconditionsarepresentcontinuously,forlongperiodsorfrequently.Thisstandardalsoappliestoequipmentmountedacrossaboundarywheredifferentprotectionlevelsmayberequired.EXAMPLE:Inthewallofastoragevesselcontainingzone0withanambientdefinedaszone1.Thisstandardalsoappliestoequipmentinstalledinanarearequiringalowerprotectionlevel,butelectricallyconnectedtoequipmentwithequipmentprotectionlevel(EPL)Ga(associatedapparatus).ThisstandardsupplementsthegeneralrequirementsinIEC60079-0andtherequirementsofthestandardizedtypesofprotection,inaccordancewiththeIEC60079series,toadaptthelevelofsafetyprovidedbythosestandardsinordertoprovideEPLGa.
