【摘要】:Thisspecificationestablishesrequirementsandtestmethodsforthecolorandappearanceretentionofvariegatedcolorplasticsidingproducts.Colorretentiontestingprovidesamethodforestimatingtheacceptabilityofcolorchangeinasidingproductoveraperiodofyearsofservice.Characterizationofcolorandappearanceforvariegatedcolorsiscomplicatedbythepresenceofmultiplecolorsinarandompattern.Theprocedureisbasedonusingatemplatetoreference6spotsforcolormeasurement.Methodsofindicatingcompliancewiththisspecificationareprovided.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1ThereisnoknownISOequivalenttothisstandard.
