【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementoffans,ductsanddampersassociatedwithsteamgeneratingplantandfluegastreatmentplantforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).Thisguideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.Otherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisguide.Thisguidecovers:—primaryairfansandexhausterfans;—secondaryairfans,forceddraughtfansandinduceddraughtfans;—fluegasrecirculatingfansandfluegasboosterfans;—modulatingdampersandshut-offdampers;—divertersandguidevanes;—linedandunlinedfluesandducts;—thermal/acousticinsulationandcladding.Theequipmentcoveredbythisguideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.Thisguideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:—theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems;—predictedperformanceisachieved;—ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;—reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;—properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.Thisguidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:—anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;—anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.Thisguidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTEAsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillinpreparation,thisguidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
